At Technofied Technologies, our team is committed to providing support and services during the following hours:
Monday to Friday:08:00 am to 06:00 pm
Emergency support is available 24/7 for critical issues. Our goal is to ensure that your business remains operational and supported whenever you need us.
Payment Terms:
We believe in transparency and flexibility when it comes to payment terms. Our standard payment terms are net 30 days. Invoices will be sent monthly in subscribed plan and include a detailed breakdown of services provided.
For custom or project-based services, a mutually agreed-upon payment schedule will be established before the commencement of the project.
