Work Terms
Fixed Cost: We work hard to understand and gather our client's requirement and provide them a realistic estimate. We are committed to complete the project with in time, cost and quality constraint.For fixed cost projects, we break the payment into several instalments; the payment schedule is tied to different project milestones.T&M: The projects where the requirement is not very clear in the beginning, we recommend going for T&M model where there is a minimum commitment for hours and the clients are charged on hourly basis.For hourly projects, we invoice every 7 days.Staff Augmentation: We provide dedicated resources and manpower if the requirement is for long term and our clients want to manage the resources themselves. We would like to receive payments within 5 days from the date of invoice.
