Work Terms

Communication:

Availability: We are available full time. We strive to respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
Preferred Channels: Communication through Guru.com's messaging system is preferred.
Project Initiation:

Initial Consultation: We offer a free initial consultation to understand your project requirements and objectives.
Proposal and Agreement: After the consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost. Work begins once the proposal is approved, and an agreement is signed.
Payment Terms:

Payment Schedule: Payments are made according to the milestones in the project proposal. An upfront deposit of 25% to 50% of the total cost is required before starting work.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through Guru.com's SafePay system for secure transactions.
Late Payments: Invoices are due upon receipt. A late fee of 5% will apply to invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date.
Revisions and Feedback:

Revisions: We offer up to three rounds of revisions for each deliverable. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate, outlined in the proposal.
Feedback: Constructive feedback is essential for the project's success. We encourage clients to provide detailed feedback within 48 hours of receiving deliverables.
Confidentiality:

Non-Disclosure: We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information. An NDA can be signed upon request.
Data Security: We implement strict data security measures to protect all project-related information.
Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation Policy: Either party may cancel the project with a written notice of 7 days. Clients will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Refund Policy: Refunds for deposits or payments will be issued at our discretion, based on the percentage of work completed and non-recoverable costs incurred.
