Work Terms

1. Communication
Availability: I am available for communication from 6 PM to 12 PM via Email and Whatsapp
Response Time: I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours. Regular updates on project progress will be provided as agreed upon.
2. Project Scope
Requirement Gathering: Before starting the project, I will conduct a detailed discussion to understand your needs and define the project scope clearly.
Documentation: All requirements will be documented and shared for your approval before the work begins to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of the deliverables.
3. Pricing & Payments
Hourly Rate: My standard rate is $20 per hour, billed in increments of [Specify, e.g., 15 minutes, 30 minutes].
Fixed-Price Projects: For fixed-price projects, a clear agreement on the scope, milestones, and total cost will be made upfront. Payments will be divided into milestones, with each milestone requiring approval and payment before proceeding to the next stage.
Payment Method: Payments can be made via perfect money bank account.
Invoicing: Invoices will be issued upon completion of each milestone or at the end of the project. Payment is expected within 7 Day of the invoice date.
4. Revisions & Feedback
Revisions: I offer 2 free revisions to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations. Additional revisions will be billed at my standard hourly rate.
Feedback: Constructive feedback is encouraged throughout the project to ensure alignment with your goals. I value open communication and aim to incorporate your suggestions promptly.
5. Deadlines & Delivery
Timeline: Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon during the initial discussion. I commit to delivering quality work within the agreed timeframe.
