Work Terms

1. Providing content (i.e. text, images, videos, and other media) and buying rights for reproduction / creation is
solely client’s responsibility, unless a content writing, photography, or related service is hired during
project. We recommend using genuine content in our projects.
2. Sum of total charges may vary as per work conditions & requirements / revisions by client.
3. 80% advance along with the work order.
4. The above proposal validity of quote 15 days only.
5. We deliver project files as following For design: .jpg, .pdf, .eps, .tiff, .svg, .png files
6. In this quotation only designing cost included. printing cost will be separated as per paper selection and quantity.
7. Max. Two rounds of corrections will be carried out for one job. Additional rounds of correction
will be chargeable @ Rs.500 Per page per correction.
8. Printing color will be differ then actual color approval sample.
9. Delivery or Transport cost will be at actual.
10. +/- 5 % Quantity deviation.
11. Invoices must be cleared by client within 5 business days from invoice date, once this period over, Rs.1000 will be charged as late fees
per 5 days term.
12. Project time limit will be 15 days from advance processing for designing and approval.
