Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (EST)
Sunday: Closed

Payment Terms:
Hourly Rate: $50 per hour
Minimum Billing: 1 hour per project
Payment Method: Payments to be made via Guru’s secure payment system.
Invoicing: Invoices will be sent weekly for ongoing projects. For one-time projects, invoices will be sent upon completion.
Payment Due: Payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt.
Late Payment: A late fee of 5% will be added to overdue invoices.
Retainer Option: Monthly retainers are available for clients with consistent work. Please inquire for more details.

Preferred Communication Style:
Initial Consultation: A 30-minute consultation via Zoom or phone to discuss project details.
Project Updates: Regular updates will be provided through Guru’s messaging system.
Meetings: Scheduled meetings can be conducted via Zoom, Skype, or phone as needed.
I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours during business hours.
