Hi, I'm Godson and I recently worked at Microverse which is a remote school for software developers, it uses pair-programming to help improve software development and professional skills. I worked there as a technical support engineer and a mentor to international students and alumni who are just starting their web development careers. In the last months, I've mentored newbies and reviewed so many different software projects built with several technologies like Ruby, Rails, Javascript, React js. Before joining Microverse, I worked as a software developer at Zepstra(startup) and due to my good communication skills, I was put in charge of interns and trainees at the company, which included guiding interns and trainees who are passionate about software development and wish to improve their skills. I developed some local employer partnerships that helped my company significantly increase job placement for interns. I'm looking for a company with a bigger platform where I can better apply my communication and software development skills.
