Write Your Best Book

I have been a published author (traditional small press/self-pub) for over fifteen years. Seasoned and enthusiastic developmental editor, Plot Whisperer, writing coach, and instructor. I love writing, writing craft, supporting writers, and helping small business owners live their best lives.

Plot Whispering and Developmental Editing depends on being able to see the structure, intent, and goals of a piece of writing, and connecting to the writer. Cold notes on a manuscript mean nothing without discussion, or time to bat around ideas to find the best solution for a book. What I provide is 100% personal attention to the writer and their book project. The goal is always for the writer to write their best book - one that they love and are proud of.

Work Terms

Developmental Editing runs six hours total, at $75 per hour. (Additional cost for manuscripts over 100k). Turnaround is five days. (Additional cost for rush at an additional $150.)

Plot Whispering runs a baseline of two hours on Zoom. Subsequent hours may be booked at $50.

Payment is due: 50% at time of booking, and 50% within five days of Zoom call.
