I have been producing content online for over 12 years. Anything that involves relationships is my jam, especially when we start talking about the way relationships influence our physical and mental health. I’m a self proclaimed brain geek, as I fell in love with the subject of brain development when my oldest son was a toddler... nearly two decades ago! I write and speak publicly on the subject of parenting and working with children who have experienced trauma, a subject that fits right into my interest in relationships and brain development. Of course, writing about any of this is a natural fit for me, but I am able to use this knowledge creatively to write on a variety of subjects!
