Customer Support Ninja
Since the beginning of my professional career I have been in the Customer Service Industry. I have worked in one of the biggest Call Center here in India, providing Technical Support to HP Customers in the US via phone, email and chat. I have also worked for Bell Canada, supporting their Satellite TV Customers also via email, phone and chat. Most recent experience is as a Customer Support Ninja (3+ years) for one of the most popular and growing E-commerce company in the US, a meal kit subscription company.
I have worked on platforms like Olark, Zopim, Live Engage and Intercom.io. I have a Skype US number which I have used in the past for other clients through Ring Central to receive calls from their 1800 number. Being computer savvy, I am familiar with CRM, Google Drive, Dropbox and Asana. Besides Customer Support, I also do social media management, data entry, research, content writing and transcription
