I have a 3 years of experience in a BPO industry or also know as call centers. My 1st BPO experience is a customer service representative for 2 years and 9 months in Sutherland Global Services and I provide an awesome chat, phone and e-mail support in Amazon.com. I also have an experience on handling their partner sites, which is Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.in.

My 2nd BPO experience is a Sports Analyst for 3 months providing a great quality of tagging in Hudl. Hudl is a website where a coach in the US uploads their game and we will watch the video for us to identify what are their weaknesses and strengths.

I used to be a Online Reseller and I sell makeups, clothes, beauty products and coffee as my part time business before.

I am highly motivated, well organized person and I am very confident with my multitasking skills and I am the kind of person who is very positive and I am very open minded when it comes to business.
