Work Terms

HOW TO ORDER:
• Send me a message with details on the commission. You can also reach me at my Instagram (@iksia_art) or Facebook page (@IksiaArt).
• We’ll discuss about more details of the commission. There’s always some details that got forgotten. Links to references for details are always welcome.
• After everything is clear and a deal is made, you can send me the payment.

PAYMENT:
• Currency: USD
• Payment is through Paypal only
• Client is expected to pay for the transaction fee
• Payment must be received before I start working
• Payment must be received within 3 business days after I agree to do the commission

WORK STEPS:
• Step 1: Sketch - you can request changes to the drawing (up to 3 edits).
• Step 2: Color plan / Rough colors - you can request changes to the base colors (the sketch cannot be touched at this point).
• Step 3: Lineart, coloring, and final image - (changing color is acceptable, but the lineart is NOT to be touch either to delete or adding some parts).

POSSIBLE REFUNDS:
• 100% refunds if you decide to cancel BEFORE I start working on your request.
• 50% refunds if you decide to cancel AFTER I start working on your sketch.
• No refunds at all if you decide to cancel AFTER I start working on lineart and coloring.
• 100% refunds if I'm the one who want to cancel your request because I feel like cannot provide/finish the artwork for any reason.

DEADLINES:
• Artwork will be finished within 1-2 months after payment.
• If you have a certain deadline, let me know in advance and I’ll let you know whether I can work with those conditions or not.
