Accountant looking for bookkeeping or Tax work.

I am an active CPA with over 20 years financial experience working as bookkeeper/accountant, but mostly as Controller of 3 to 300 million dollar companies. I do personal 1040 taxes (Simple and Complicated), 1120, 1120 S, 1065 (partnership), 990 (not for profit) and state returns and reports. I do bank reconciliation, account reconciliations, prepare financial reports, run payroll, report payroll taxes, all the while reviewing for ways to make your company more profitable and efficient.

I currently work freelance doing bookkeeping, consulting and taxes.

I can help with QuickBooks/ERP/System conversions (over 7 years experience), also help set up financial reports to help keep management up to date and to help monitor/control costs.
