Work Terms
Filbert Marketing Communications charges on a per project basis, which is typically more advantageous and cost-effective for our clients than an hourly rate. However, if an hourly rate is deemed more appropriate to your needs, we will certainly accommodate.
We do require a 30% upfront deposit for new clients and projects over $750.
Rush fees may apply to projects with deadlines of 48 hours or less.
If a project is cancelled after copywriting is completed, Filbert Marketing Communications is entitled to full payment of the agreed project fee.
If a project is cancelled during the copywriting stage, Filbert Marketing Communications is entitled to full payment of time invested up to notification.
