After working for a variety of great, diverse and various size companies in responsible Accounting positions for over 25 years, I embarked on owning my own business and purchased a Gift Shop and Gift Basket Company in 2004. There isn't any business that doesn't have to keep accounting records, so I knew I was all set in that area. I think having been in those shoes, gives me special insight and a real understanding of individuals and small business owners needs, worries, the ups and downs you experience and even though I loved Accounting, that was the last thing I wanted to do. I wanted to make Gift Baskets and meet with my customers, then go out and get some more customers. It did seem that paperwork had me stuck more often than I wanted.
I understand the trust you will need and want to have when you put your financial and confidential information into other peoples hands such as myself. I want you to know how much I would respect your information and value confidentiality as a high priority. I have a confidentiality agreement available should you wish to have one.
I am fair in project pricing because I know every penny counts and I will be more than happy to discuss hourly rates or project flat rate. I am also very efficient and work with focus to complete projects in a timely manner. I will always offer suggestions for cost savings or any other type of suggestion I see could help your business or situation at no cost.
Work Terms
Most projects can be accomplished via e-mail with excel, word, pdf or other document formats. If needed documents can be shipped quickly using USPS, FedEx and UPS. I am interested in telecommute work, but can meet with you over Skype, OoVoo and telephone.
