Scope of Work: The scope of each project will be clearly outlined in a detailed brief provided by the client. This includes deliverables, deadlines, and any specific requirements or preferences.
Creative Freedom: While we value collaboration and client input, designers are encouraged to exercise their creative expertise to deliver visually captivating and effective designs.
Communication: Open and timely communication is key throughout the project lifecycle. Designers are expected to respond promptly to client queries, provide regular progress updates, and seek clarification whenever necessary.
Revisions: We understand that revisions may be needed to achieve the desired outcome. However, the number of revisions will be outlined in the project agreement to ensure a smooth workflow and avoid scope creep.
Copyright and Ownership: Designers retain the copyright to their work until full payment is received. Upon completion of the project and full payment, all rights to the designs will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
Confidentiality: Any sensitive information or materials shared during the project must be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Designers are expected to adhere to non-disclosure agreements and safeguard client data.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of the project and outlined in the contract. Typically, a deposit may be required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or according to milestone payments.
