Work Terms

1. Scope of Services
I offer a range of services to enhance your brand:
Graphic Design: Custom logos, business cards, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and more.
Social Media Management: Brand management, scheduling, audience engagement, and monthly analytics.
Tutoring: One-on-one instruction in basic Arabic conversation and graphic design principles.
Thumbnail Design: Eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube and other platforms.
2. Pricing
Rates are based on project scope:
Graphic Design: Starting at $100 for logos, $50 for business cards, and $70 for social media graphics.
Social Media Management: Packages start at $150/month (up to 10 posts).
Tutoring: I teach Basic Arabic Course; live lectures on zoom (4-6 months duration) $150, Rec available on YT in Urdu language 40$. GD 200$
Thumbnail Design: $15/thumbnail.
Custom packages and discounts available.

3. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required for projects over $100. Full payment is due upon completion for smaller projects. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Accepted methods: PayPal, bank transfer.

4. Project Timeline
Timelines are discussed before work begins. Timely feedback is essential.

5. Revisions
Includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are $5 each. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the draft.

6. Communication
Preferred via e mail, with a 24-hour response time. Regular updates will be provided.

7. Ownership & Copyright
Full ownership rights are transferred upon payment. Client-provided materials must comply with copyright laws.

8. Cancellation Policy
Cancel projects with 3 days' notice. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work begins.

9. Confidentiality
Confidential information will remain private.

10. Liability
Not liable for indirect damages. Clients are responsible for their provided content.

11. Agreement
By proceeding, clients agree to these terms. Open communication is essential for success.
