William is a tenacious and talented artist. i had a very difficult problem to solve and he tried every which way... up, down and sideways...always with a pleasant demeanor and incredible skill. I would have absolutely no problem hiring him and his strong skills again. I cannot say enough about his ability to solve problems in a creative and timely manner.
