I have six years of experience in customer service, training, and ESL. I have facilitated countless training events on communication and customer service skills, and the materials that I created are still utilized by the training team in my former CPO/BPO company.
I have a keen eye for detail, and I am a stickler for doing things the right way with the customer in mind. I am a committed person, and I am always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. I approach every situation (old and new) with openness and enthusiasm.
My experience has made me realize that understanding customer needs is at the center of every successful business, and it has prepared me for freelance work because it gave me a solid foundation to build from, and that's something I'll bring to each and every client I work with.
