Work Terms
Availability: I am available Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. I strive to respond to messages within 1-3 days, ensuring smooth communication.
Turnaround Time: Depending on the complexity and length of the project, typical turnaround times range from 2 days for shorter documents to 7 days for larger projects. Urgent requests can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Revisions: I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Payment Terms: Payment is preferred through the Guru.com platform. I typically request 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, but I am open to discussing other arrangements depending on the project scope.
Communication: I am available to communicate via Guru messaging. Regular updates will be provided to keep you informed of the project’s progress.
Confidentiality: All work and communication will be kept confidential. I respect the privacy of your content and ensure your intellectual property remains protected.
