I am known extensively in the non-bank financial institutions – starting with Bayport Financial Services in November, 2003. Held the position of Administrations Clerk and later, Database/Debtors Book Manager, responsible for collating data and administering the entire loans portfolio of the organization.
I joined Dalex Finance and Leasing Company Limited as one of a three-member group that established its Fixed Income Loans operations in August, 2008. As the Administrations Manager of the Fixed Income Loans Department, I contributed significantly in the progression of the department by preparing most of the administrative processes including “Standard Operation Procedure” and the “Process Flow” of the entire department. I was also responsible for liaising with clients’ employers to ensure that all loan repayments are effected on their payroll successfully.
An avid Microsoft Certified Professional, gaining a passion for Microsoft Excel through over thirteen years usage of this essential software and other database tools to manage and manipulate data for such financial giants.
