I'm committed to understanding and meeting my customer's needs on time and on budget, by using technologies that ensure the maintainability of their applications.
My background started with the US Marine Corps, and I have learned that discipline is a core aspect to every day life. As a result this has driven me to complete my bachelors of science in electrical engineering, with a focus in power systems analysis, and a certification in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
After completing my education, I worked in the nuclear industry with Westinghouse Electric Company for five years where I picked up computer programming to help facilitate my daily work. I loved coding so much that my applications began to take hold within the company. I was able to transform how my department handled their business and eventually became the lead engineer of the after market support program. My track software drove the program and made workflows, messages, and reminders part of an automated tool suite.
I eventually left Westinghouse to further pursue my career in software development. I found myself working with more Java based technologies, and over the years it has led me to produce more advanced applications than my early projects.
I now work as a Full Stack Javascript Consultant with CNN and specialize in MEAN stack application. I pride myself on my high quality work and the clean UI designs I provide to my customers.
