Thomas is a hard and efficient worker who never shy's away from a challenge and is extremely patient when working with others to either fix PC-related issues or to just educate a customer who may pursue some additional knowledge.

Thomas has worked as a Network Admin for almost 5 years and has customer service experience that extends another 8 years beyond that.
Thomas specialized in Windows 7 applications while managing Windows 2008 R2 server. Thomas has been in charge of Helpdesk tickets. He has monitored inventory of an entire network's equipment and replaced what is needed as it is needed, He has also lead the small team of IT in their communications with the client which includes proposals, presentations, and endless support to tackle issues at-hand and ones that rear their heads for the future.
Thomas holds the MCSA for Windows 7 and constantly researches and studies the new information as it presents itself.
Work Terms
In regards to work hours, I am extremely flexible and can mold to most schedules that are presented to me. I request at least $15.00/hr but would consider less if the task reflects the pay accurately. I prefer communication through email but can adapt to anyone's needs. I prefer to get paid in the quickest way possible but can be patient for a good opportunity. I look forward to working with everyone!!!
