Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation:

I require 50% upfront payment to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before I deliver the final files.

All payments are made via Guru’s SafePay system to ensure both parties' security.

For long-term or larger projects, we can discuss milestone payments.



3. Preferred Communication Style:

I prefer communication through Guru's messaging platform, as it allows for a streamlined workflow.

I’m responsive and usually reply within w hours, depending on the project size and time zone differences.

If preferred, I can also schedule calls via Skype or Zoom for detailed discussions.



4. Revisions:

I offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the project until you're completely satisfied with the final design.



5. Delivery:

For most projects, I aim to deliver initial drafts within [X] days, with the final design delivered within [X] days after the revisions are complete.

Files are delivered in print-ready formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, etc.), depending on your requirements.



6. Cancellation Policy:
