Work Terms

Here are our sales conditions:

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank transfers.
Communication: All exchanges will be done through email or phone for better efficiency.
Time to create a logo: Usually 2 business days, with the possibility of an express deadline for urgent requests (extra charge will apply for express requests).
Number of designs offered for a design: 2 designs to offer you a wider choice.
Modifications: Any modification request that extends the working time will be charged 10% more than the originally agreed price.
Satisfaction guarantee: We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will make the necessary modifications until you are fully satisfied.
Follow-up service: We offer a post-sales follow-up service to assist you in using your new design or logo and to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Down payment: We require a 50% down payment before starting any work, the balance to be paid before delivery of the final work.
Delivery deadlines: We commit to meeting the delivery deadlines agreed upon at the time of the order and to keeping you informed of the progress of your project throughout the creation process."
