- Four years as an online receptionist for an apartment rental in Paris (confirm reservations, make sure payment took place, sending check-in process to guest and suggesting them the best means of transport and luggage storage as well as restaurants nearby, making sure customer's stay is OK and if they have questions or particular request, remind guests check-out time and process and wishing them nice trip back, two days after their departure, calling guest to rate the property from 0 to 5 and then ask them to write good review :)
Updating the ads on Airbnb if needed ( prices, photos, calendar,...)
I speak french and english fluently.
