(4) Due diligence findings and complex analyses are interconnected in a deliverable providing clients, including nationally recognized real estate developers and top ENR-ranked general contractors, with tactical recommendations for positioning flag and full-service office locations, entering new markets, and the feasibility of proposed acquisitions and dispositions.
(5) Contract preparation and review to ensure accuracy of real estate transactions for 2600 real estate agents for two companies

Work Terms
Generally 50% of projected project costs up from, with final payment due upon project submission. Payment terms for longer projects are negotiable.
