Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WAT)

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (WAT) (Flexible for urgent projects)

Sunday: Closed (Available for emergencies upon prior notice)


Payment Terms:

Hourly Rate: $15 – $25/hour (based on project complexity and scope)

Fixed-Price Projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (for long-term or large-scale projects)

Payment Platforms: PayPal, Payoneer, or via platform escrow services (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr)

Invoicing: Bi-weekly or per project milestone


Preferred Communication Style:

Primary Channels: Zoom, or Google Meet for formal discussions and project updates

Quick Chats: WhatsApp or Slack (for real-time updates and quick questions)

Response Time: Within 24 hours on weekdays, and within 48 hours on weekends
