I am an experienced interpreter and translator, as shown through my ongoing work for Haringey Council and my previous jobs. I am a confident, impartial and accurate translator and interpreter. My duties have included simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, as well as ad hoc telephone and video interpreting. Within my duties, effective memorizing and being a careful listener are crucial. I always hold a positive and professional attitude towards my work. My previous work as a Project Manager, working closely with the Turkish-speaking community in London, has given me the experience and knowledge in the areas of health, social services, housing, religion, education and the recurrent issues faced within them. I see it as second nature to translate for these areas as I have insight and experience dealing with a variety of key social and educational issues.
