I deliver new, innovative sales & marketing ideas to grow my clients sales. The sales growth is achieved by building better long term relationships with their customers.
I am a university educated sales and marketing specialist with over 20 years’ experience.
I have a broad skills base in sales and marketing, that I developed in the ‘corporate’ world, that I now offer to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). My skills base includes brand management, customer insights, digital marketing, event management and sales management to name a few.
My ‘corporate’ background includes working for businesses ranging from small family owned operations with less than $10M AUD turnover a year to large international operations with turnover of more than $1B AUD a year. The businesses have been in a variety of industries including fresh food, manufacturing, importing and also exporting.
I have developed my sales and marketing expertise by completing numerous category reviews with supermarkets including Aldi, Coles, Costco and Woolworths in Australia and Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s and TESCO in the UK.
I utilise a customer centric strategy with my clients. Simply put, customer centric is focusing on your customers needs and then meeting those needs. Firstly I research why people buy your product and service, and then create and implement new, innovative sales and marketing initiatives to meet your customers needs.
This background has allowed me to develop a broad sales and marketing skills base, so I can assist you with creating successful long term relationships with your customers.
On a personal note I grew up in Sydney but now live in regional QLD. I basically grew tired of the traffic jams! I still support the Manly Sea Eagles, NSW Blues, Sydney FC and Liverpool in the EPL. I have been fortunate to travel to over 40 countries and see a lot of the world … Japan is next on the ‘to do’ list. I am also a foodie and constantly trying new cafes, recipes etc.
