I have 5 years call center experience, worked as Customer care representative and Technical Support Representative
Graduated in System Technology Institute here in Philippines. After I graduated, I worked in a Restaurant and worked there as a Guest Relation Officer.
I decided to become a Homebase Freelancer after I ended my job in a BPO company .
I have worked with several clients already outside Upwork. I worked with a client as a Real Estate Appointment setter. I have worked also with a client for a Merchant Cash Advance campaign and lastly, I worked as a customer service homebase with adental clinic base in Florida.
I have great knowledge about call center industry. I have great communication skills, selling skills, a strong problem solver and I can do multitasking. I can work under pressure and also with shifting schedules. I am passionate in giving customer service. I am able to easily adapt to a new environment and most importantly I can easily create good relationship to my co-workers.
