I am a Process Engineer/CNC Programmer with over 20 years in the field, 15 designing in Solidworks for the purpose of Fixturing, Modeling, and Drawings.

I am a Process Engineer/Machininst with over 20 years working in the industry from machining on basic manual machines all the way to designing molds and complex parts, programming them, and then running them on state of the art 5 axis machining centers. I have run everything from small benchtop Sherlines and Tormachs up to large CNC Boring bars. I have over 15 years experience running CAD as well for the design, modeling, and print making for the purpose of design and manufacturing. I have created simple models all the way to large complex assemblies of entire machines to find possible issues before manufacturing begins. I understand how to design a part to make it as easy as possible for a machinist to make the part, as well as get you the best quotes due to tolerancing parts and features appropriately. I enjoy working in this industry as I get to do something different every day and am constantly challenged to remedy somebody else's problems. I am extremely proficient, and tend to be a perfectionist by personality. I stand behind my work 100%, I run all my code through verification software allow for the best results first hand. I have worked in both job shops as well as production shops and if you give me a goal cycle time, we can go from there, and if I can not obtain it I will explain in detail the reasons so we can both work towards a remedy to the situation
