Mastering code, shaping futures for over 18 years.
I grew up in Colorado, both a 2nd generation Coloradoian and a 2nd generation nerd. I've always had an affinity for technology and nature. I was very lucky when my mother bought us an Apple IIC when I was seven. She would also take me up to the mountains to visit small towns, see natural vistas, and learn more about the environment around me.
In my early 20s, I decided to start my career in IT and Software Development by getting a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Game Software Development, as well went to work as a QA tester for a local company iBeta QA testing various video games.
After obtaining my Bachelor's degree I proceeded to take jobs that grew my knowledge and differentiated my experiences in the area of Software Development and Engineering. Looking to grow as a generalist, and understand all the various aspects of Software Development and Engineering, to be a better software engineer. This has led me to have a very fulfilling career in Software Development and Engineering over the past two decades.
I am also an avid amateur scientist and believe the gathering of information and knowledge allows us as humans to grow and become better humans, and in turn, make the world around us better.
Work Terms
My contact hours are from 9 am to 6 pm MST, Monday through Friday.
At the start of a project, an initial down payment is required; typically ¼ to ⅓ of the total project's budget. The remainder of the project’s budget is due when the final deliverable is handed off to the client. Payment arrangements must be defined and made before project kickoff and any signing of agreements.
Payments for deliverables are either made directly to my checking account or via my PayPal account. Invoices can be generated via Guru or PayPal and are sent out at the start of a project, when a deliverable is made available to a client, a payment on the project is due, and when the project is finalized with all deliverables handed off to the client.
I can be reached via phone, electronic mail, and voice chat, but electronic mail is the easiest way to reach me and is preferred. I will typically respond within the same day as the initial electronic mail was sent, but all replies will typically occur within 24 to 48 hrs of the initial electronic mail being received. Unless extenuating circumstances have occurred.
