I've worked in various industries that have afforded me the knowledge to understand what the customer wants. Empathy is key, as well as respect for a customers concern. Get personal, make them know they are REAL and your only priority. Assuring the customer you will go above and beyond to provide answers or solutions is key. I have enjoyed a successful career in customer service for 25+ years and hope to continue for another 25!
