I am a seasoned Event Planner and Coordinator with extensive experience in event management, graphic design, and customer service. In addition to my current role, I have honed my skills in editing and proofreading, ensuring clarity and precision in all written communications.

Previously, I spent 14 years at Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ), the government agency responsible for tax collection, tax law enforcement, and revenue services in Jamaica. During my time there, I held various roles, including Data Entry Clerk, Customer Service Agent, and Compliance Officer. This diverse experience equipped me with a broad skill set, including meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
• Flexible working hours, typically available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. However, I can accommodate different time zones with prior arrangement.

Payment Terms:
• Payment is accepted via PayPal.
• A 50% deposit is required upfront for projects estimated to take more than 10 hours, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
• For smaller projects or hourly work, payment is expected within 7 days of invoice.
• Rates are negotiable based on the scope and complexity of the project.

Preferred Communication Style:
• Email is the primary mode of communication for project details, revisions, and updates.
• For quick clarifications or urgent matters, instant messaging platforms (like WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage) can be used.
• Video calls can be arranged for initial project discussions or complex feedback sessions.

Turnaround Time:
• Turnaround time varies by project size but generally ranges from 24 to 72 hours for smaller tasks. Larger projects will have a mutually agreed timeline.

Revisions:
• Up to two rounds of revisions are included in the initial project scope to ensure satisfaction.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Confidentiality:
• All work is treated with the utmost confidentiality. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request to ensure privacy and security of your content.
