Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Our team is dedicated to providing excellent service during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Payment Terms:
Thank you for choosing our services on Guru. Our payment terms are aligned with Guru's policies for a seamless collaboration:

Hourly Projects:

For hourly projects, invoices will be generated weekly based on the tracked hours.
Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
Fixed-Price Projects:

For fixed-price projects, payments are divided into milestones as mutually agreed upon.
Each milestone payment is due within 15 days of the milestone completion and client approval.
Invoicing:

Invoices will be submitted through the Guru platform promptly upon completion of the agreed-upon project or milestone.
Please review and process the invoice within the designated time frame.
Preferred Communication Style:
For effective communication and collaboration, we encourage using Guru's messaging system and project workspace. This ensures that all project-related discussions, updates, and files are centralized, providing clarity and organization.
