I have an extensive work experience spanning over 15 years in various industries, including animation, business process outsourcing, and IT services. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise in quality analytics, project management, and leadership.
At Stream Global Solutions, where I worked as a Quality Analyst from November 2005 to January 2010, I received the CS LOB Most Outstanding QA award in July 2008. Later, I joined Bouncing Ball Inc. as the Department Head and Administrative Assistant from February 2010 to February 2012. During my tenure, I successfully headed the rough animation phase of animation projects, handled company inventory and logistics, and administrative requests. I also served as the project manager and scriptwriter of "Sulundon," which won the Animahenasyon Best Regional Entry award in 2010.
In April 2012, I joined Accenture Inc. as a Quality Analyst and Project Control Services, where I worked for five years until February 2018. During my tenure, I developed various automation platforms to reduce costs, coached and mentored leaders, and acted as a point of contact for client relations. My contributions earned me the Spotlight Award in June 2017 and the People Developer Award in July 2016. Additionally, I earned the Lean Six Sigma certification on March 28, 2013.
Later, from February 2018 to March 2021, I worked as the Training and Quality Manager at Digital Connections IT Services. In this role, I managed and set up the overall Quality department, enhanced the training program for product specs, created leadership training modules, and established and managed a network of center partners for expansion and outsourcing. I also created the Business Excellence Department.
