Independent, Methodology Agnostic Marketing, Branding, and Communications research consultant
A truly unique researcher with a career split nearly 50/50 between qualitative and quantitative research, I have been climbing the market research ladder, from staff analyst, research manager, moderator, to operations executive for over 12 years.
Prior to becoming an independent market research consultant, I oversaw research at Hall & Partners, a global branding and communications research boutique. While there, I conceived, and provided direction and oversight to multi-national advertising effectiveness tracking programs for many top global and national brands including Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, Alaska Airlines, and Southwest Airlines. I also led strategic qualitative research efforts and introduced dynamic methodologies and innovative solutions to research reporting. During my tenure, I also played a fundamental role in developing the organization’s research operations procedures which were adopted by teams globally.
Before Hall & Partners, I was a Research Manager at Consumer Opinion Services, where I successfully designed, deployed, and reported on a countless number of qualitative and quantitative research projects. I have also worked as an associate or analyst for other boutique research firms, and at Princess Cruises as a marketing analyst.
Today, I am delighted to call the Pacific Northwest his home, and while away from the office, I can be found kayaking in one of the area’s lakes, hiking in the beautiful mountains, running on a new trail, brunching in one of the areas many wonderful restaurants, or drinking Hendricks Gin just about anywhere it is served.
