4th1st provides Case Studies (also known as Success Stories) to give the experiences and results of your client’s efforts as they provide their products and services to their customers. Customer stories provide the details that prospects need to gain confidence and make a decision about working with you and purchasing your product or service. A good Success Story will put your prospects on the path to do business with your company.
A good story will feature the customer’s business and challenges, their need for a solution, the options they considered, why your organization was selected, how the solution was applied in their situation, and detailed end results or return on their investment. The members of your company may be profiled for the roles they played in reaching your customer’s goals, which will stress the customer service role your company provides.
The management of your project includes interviews, editing, and securing customer’s final signoff is provided by 4th1st, freeing your marketing staff to focus on other objectives.
I have retired from the military with 16 years’ experience in conducting investigations, interviewing witnesses, and writing reports to various command structures, with many reaching the US Pentagon. I also have 10 years’ experience, in the same arena, in the civilian sector. I have transitioned my investigative and writing skills into Copywriting. Since my retirement from the military I have written and been published in a magazine and 2 newspapers. I have also accomplished proof reading for multiple small businesses.
