Project Scope
• Definition: The project will encompass the following tasks: Web development, system integration, network setup, IT Infrastructure project,project management.
• Amendments: Any changes to the project scope or deliverables must be submitted in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
2. Payment Terms
• Rates: The project will be charged at a fixed fee of 30% or an hourly rate of 35$ , depending on the work agreement.
• Invoicing: Invoices will be issued at the following milestones:
◦ 30% upon project initiation
◦ 30% upon completion of the mid-point review
◦ 40% upon final delivery and acceptance
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer. All payments are due within 30 days of invoicing.
3. Project Timeline
• Duration: The project is expected to be completed within three months from the start date.
• Phases:
◦ Phase 1: Scoping (Month 1): Detailed analysis of project requirements, gathering of client specifications, and finalization of the project plan. Deliverables include a project requirements document and an initial project timeline.

◦ Phase 2: Development (Month 2): Actual development of the project based on the agreed-upon requirements. This phase includes coding, system integration, and initial testing. Deliverables include a functional prototype or beta version for client review.

This phase also includes training or support for the client, if applicable. Deliverables include the final product, user manuals, and a comprehensive project report.
