Tom has been extremely professional and has "held my hand" throughout this whole process. Tom is a very patient teacher and is willing to answer any questions that I have about processes related to this project; as well as unrelated technical processes that were beneficial to me. He has been a God send, especially to some one like me who is extremely unknowledgeable about technology. Out of all of the people that I enterviewed, he was one out of two, who truly listened to what I wanted; instead of talking about what he could do. At this point-Kudos to Tom.
