I has been working at an global company as an IT Support Engineer over 6 years experience, provide technical support and management for 2 local and 1 remote sites(factory\warehouse\office), support over 200+ users and 500+ devices. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolate problem following the glob al standards and policy, and determine, implement solutions. etc.

a).Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues, close the tickets assigned in time to meet the committed SLA 92%
b).Maintain office , production hardware and software.
c).Training end users, writing manuals.
System Maintenance 30%
a).Maintain local Servers, Network devices.
b).Build new servers with features to optimize and reduce repetitive work.
c).Cooperate with global IT for the deployment of projects .
d).Data backups and recover.
Vendor Liation 20%
a).Correspond with vendors on purchasing , troubleshooting, and new projects implement.
Support IT Mgr and site GM 15%
a).Finish the work as IT Mgr and site GM arranged.
b).IT inventory Management.
c).Cost control/tracking and some budget planing
d).Interpret instruction ,procedures and policy manuals.
e).Maintain records in accordance to ISO documents and Audits
