I want to make a difference to an individual or business using my skills in bookkeeping and property management.

I have 5 years experience in property management with 3 of those years in supervisory position, and over a year in onsite-management, over 15 years experience in bookkeeping, and 4 years experience in business management.

As a bookkeeper I started out working at a small newspaper where I remained for 15 years and was promoted to business manager. For the last 6 years I have been working in property management where I started as a trust account bookkeeper and after two years was promoted to property supervisor. I currently have a California real estate license. Over the last two years I took on a second job as a resident manager of a 64 unit complex.
