I have excellent Customer Service, Telephone Techniques and Data Entry Skills.
For the past fourteen years I have worked for a well-known Financial Institution’s Corporate Contact Center, where I have gained valuable experiences in Customer Service, Call Center and Telephone Handling Techniques.
My prior work experience has given me excellent time management skills and a high level of responsibility. I feel that I also have other strong abilities such as;
- I always ensure that the highest standards of quality are portrayed in my work and how I deliver my customer service.
- Being able to warmly meet and greet customers and quickly find out what their needs are.
