My goal is to make navigating human resources easy and to implement turn key solutions and framework that allow business to support them independently and ongoing.
I have been an HR professional for a really long time and have been involved in the ever changing landscape of the regulatory environment. HR is not rocket science but if you do it incorrectly or choose to ignore it has to be done, it can be costly. I strongly support establishing a framework of strong and efficient processes that allow me to train the client's staff so that they can maintain the solution for the long term. My business model is to have great referrals for future business.
Work Terms
I typically work a standard work week but am flexible depending upon the opportunity. I can work either onsite or remote. I can conduct meetings either onsite or virtually. I am open to either email or cell phone communication.
