HOYJ Business Collaborations Inc. was created by me, Tracy Van Olst. I started HOYJ with the intent of sharing my 23+ years of general business knowledge and skills with small businesses. After spending many years working in the Alberta Oil and Gas sector in the areas of operational accounting, business contracts, business process design and development and contractor relations, I realized there was limited reliable and affordable support available to assist small business owners in the areas of bookkeeping, process development and general business support. Henceā€¦I created HOYJ and shared it with others.
