Meica Hatters is a Talent Development Professional who helps individuals and organizations define and exceed their development goals. Meica assists in the development and implementation of winning job search strategies. Meica supports organizations by developing classroom training that engages both excited and reluctant learners, while encouraging immediate application.
Meica’s experience in human resource and adult education gives her special insight into learner engagement, the connection between college and the workplace, and the transfer of learning. Meica holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management, Master of Science in Administrative Leadership and Adult Program Development, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology.
