Mr. Bạch is a seasoned banker and business leader with more than 20 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in various areas such as Wealth Management, Retail Brokerage, Venture Capital, Fund Raising, Fintech, Startup, Retail Banking, Payment and Software Development.

Currently, Mr. Bạch is the Co-Founder and CEO of Novus Capital, a boutique investment and advisory firm that helps Vietnamese entrepreneurs achieve both personal and corporate goals.

From 2014 to 2020, Mr. Bạch was a founding member and then Head of Prestige Wealth Management at VPBank Securities (now VPS Securities), the leading securities firm in Vietnam by brokerage market share. Under his leadership, his team at VPS scaled up from 5 to 100 Wealth Advisors, acquiring around 2,500 high-net-worth clients with nearly $300 million of assets under management. He successfully led the team to deliver excellent client services, resulting in client satisfaction and retention.

Mr. Bạch also has 1 year of experience at VPBank as Retail Banking Product Manager, 6 years of experience at HSBC Vietnam as Project Manager and Business Consultant, and 4 years of experience in software development at Diginet Corporation and Somotsoft.

Mr. Bạch holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH).

Mr. Bạch's top professional skills include leadership, coaching, new business startup and development, business and product management, operations and IT management, project management, and process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodology. He also possesses excellent soft skills such as communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership.
