My company is relatively new but my experience spans the last 25 years. In 2012 I decided to start my own company working with seniors in coordinating and managing their retirement years. in 2014 I expanded my business to include all of my skill sets in administrative support, event planning, web design and desktop publishing.

Work Terms
I prefer to have an initial conversation by phone or Skype so as to plan out how the project will go and then continued communication by email unless a phone call is needed. I work quickly and can usually meet any deadline that is reasonable. This of course will be determined ahead of time. I usually work Monday - Friday but am available 7 days a week if the project requires it.
My Billing Policies are as follows:
You will be billed in 15-minute increments.
A deposit of 20% or a credit card is required when agreement is signed.
Invoices will be submitted when the project is complete
(Deposit will be credited on invoice).
Longer projects will be billed on the 20th of the month and are due upon receipt
(Deposit will be credited on final invoice).
Late fees will be assessed for accounts past 15 days.
$50.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
