Our responsibilities for systems are to provide applications development and support services in designing, developing, testing, implementing, administering, maintaining systems, database, data warehouse management and business intelligence services, ensuring availability of services and functionality by providing all kinds of essential technical maintenance, data analysis, and program management services. Tri-Force team is required to keep the systems available 24X7 and provide technical help desk support to users.
The application is designed to support approximately 1000 users nationwide through a web-based ASP.NET/C# front-end on an Oracle 11g back-end. The application utilizes a web-based technology to automatically and immediately update data changes to a centralized server, replacing the need to manually and periodically import data from field or headquarter databases. Services provided under Support includes budget/financial and program management application modules (budget development, property disposal status, execution reporting, and user administration) and related information technology analysis, software maintenance, and testing efforts
